The owner, Mrs. Angie, and staff, is forthright and shows authentic genuine care about the tenant's total moving experience. I believe that this company deserves accolades, especially during these uncertain times, it's great to know that there are still some companies continuing to provide outstanding service during these difficult times. God bless! A place to call home. Every apt is charming and has unique attributes. A beautiful quiet place to enjoy my grandchildren visits. And perfect as a student while I am in my 3rd year as a Doctoral Student. There are a host of classes and groups held at the VA to include dance, arts and crafts, music, tai-chi, move, open gymnasium, gamerooms, library, aquatics, and much more.

My daughter called the Rental Property to schedule a viewing of an APT. She was asked if she had any pets and she informed them she had an ESA, that she has a letter from her Therapist, and that her ESA is registered and has all the paperwork. She was informed that they do not accept ESA's, that they have breed restrictions, and that their insurance company does not cover ESA's. Well on their website dogs and cats are allowed ( contact management). I am not exactly sure WHOM she spoke to, but someone needs to explain to that person the FHA for the Disabled (whether physically or mentally) that have Service Animals or ESA's. Their website says that they comply with FFHA, I think not. Please update your employees on these laws.

If you are looking to rent then look nnnooooo further! They are local owners so you will also be putting money back into the community instead of some corporate company. Just call them and tell them what you need because they might have something that will be available soon but it’s not listed yet but THEY WILL MAKE SURE TO FIND YOU SOMETHING regardless! Leasing office is very professional. Every one I have met has been amazing, understanding, patient and the list goes on! I was able to meet one of the owners and she was so kind and understanding. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

They are a very good Company to rent from. The Owner’s actually care about not only their homes, but their tenants too!

Amazing experience! Wish I didn’t have to move, really loved my cute apartment. I truly love the care they put into these older homes. Great staff, owners. Handled any issues in a timely manner. 100% recommend
