It was after a concert, late night, it took us 16 minutes from time of order til we got our food. We ordered 2 #1 s.(Big Macs) We got 2 quarter pounders no cheese. Old fries. I would like to be. Contacted for compensation of this order .

Order through the app once I arrived I realized that my order was not even being made. I made the manager aware of my long wait and realized my order was buried under several other receipts. No one was even making my order she proceeded to say that she just arrived my reply was that's not my issue please give me my money back.

How at 430 pm you are out of sweet tea when I come to order two large ones at the drive thru? Then ask if I want something else. No I don’t but would have waited for some fresh sweet tea Then a guy hanging out the drive thru window Must not be a manager there for such unprofessional behavior it

I have tried over and over to support this place, I’ve even tried coming at different times but this place is absolutely trash. The service is horrible like they truly don’t want to be there. The food is ALWAYS either cold, thrown together or just plain old, not to mention please check your order before leaving. Just close the place down

I will not be returning to this location for service. I placed a curbside order and waited over 30 minutes and eventually had to go in to see where my order was. The doors were locked so no one could go in to see about their orders. I managed to get in as another customer who also had a similar issue left out of the main lobby. I was greeted with "How did you get in?" and "What did you have?" and then she started my order only after I entered the building. Didn't get my sauces for my nuggets meals either. The fries were dry and a bit stale. 😡👎🏽
