I will definitely be back to this McDonald’s. They are very courteous. It is clean and I always get my food hot and ready to eat! Manger says anyone Seriously looking to work $12 hr they are hiring

This is ridiculous. I ordered at 6:55pm and did get my food until 7:18. It wasn't even busy at the store. Then my sandwich was supposed to have extra pickle, onions and no salt. It had the regular pickles and no onions. Didn't even have the label on it to show it was a custom sandwich. On top of that the burger was almost out of the wrapper in the bag. I'll definitely never come to this McDonald's again. The only reason it got two stars on food was because my fries were hot with no salt like I asked.

3 strikes you're out! I have had poor service on 3 separate occasions. Each time I ordered through the mobile app. I placed the order for drive thru pickup. Get to restaurant and both lines are wrapped around the building! I changed the order to curbside and watched the entire drive thru clear out! Go to window and the lady has an attitude. She says do you have an order number? Yes and been waiting for 30 minutes since I ordered! Get food and half is missing. What is the point of mobile ordering and drive thru if I can get faster service at a convenience store?? DONE WITH MCDONALD'S even though I have 10,000 points for free food. Goodbye going to Burger King now.

Store opens late/closes early all the time and whoever is lack-of-managing the store doesn't even bother to put a note on the window or drive through so people don't waste their time waiting. I saw at least 10 cars that were going to be customers, and i guess SINCE THERES NOTHING ELSE THERE, McDonalds won't lose their business long term but it's obvious the franchise owners just don't care about brand values.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I am there EVERY weekday morning. Every weekday morning. I forgive a LOT of mess ups. Today is the second in a row time I’ve asked for a Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel WITH THE SAUCE and got no sauce. I specified that I wanted the sauce - that’s the whole reason I get that sandwich! And there was no sauce again. I got this on the way to work, and the quickest I could get back was 11:00. I went in and kindly explained what happened and asked for my money back. They wanted a receipt. Which I didn't have anymore, but I showed them my app where I used the deal to buy it this morning. They wouldn’t give me my money back but offered me food. I don’t want any more food. I took back the bagel and threw it away. I’M THERE EVERY MORNING and this is the first time I ever asked for a refund. it is NOT the first time they have messed up my order though! I will never go back. Ever.
