McDonald's

The customer service is excellent. The timing was perfect. However my food was not great. My fries were soggy and my burger was a little bit too dry. Or maybe I just really wasn't that hungry? 🤔

I visit this location a couple of times a week around lunchtime, as it's on my way home. The staff is friendly and has gotten to know my husband and me from our frequent use of online ordering. More often than not, we enjoy our made-to-order food. However, I must state the company's "new chicken strips" missed the mark for me. They were rubbery and lacked flavor (I'm grateful for the dipping sauces). Other than THAT, this location is fabulous and meets my expectations for an on-the-go fast-food restaurant!

Tables were not cleaned. BOTH drink machines were down. Still, server handed me an empty cup. Took a moment to get help at the counter.

Had a fish sandwich which was HOT, yes HOT! Hard to believe. The fries were also hot and fresh. This experience was not common to me however I remember when it was COMMON at ALL McDonald's. Keep up the great tradition.

Listen, I just need you to know that not only has inflation affected the prices, but it has also affected the size of what you're getting. I have never seen chicken nuggets this skinny from a McDonald's in my entire life! it's like they took a third of the meat off from what it used to be. I rarely eat McDonald's anymore because I can't take it on my stomach that much, but the nuggets are my go to, and the size is enough to make me not even wanna order those!
