Solid team. They got me in with no appointment for tire replacements and made sure I was taken care of based on my circumstances. Maurice went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied after a questionable experience at another location. Their mechanic was very knowledgeable and explained and showed me everything that was wrong and needed replacing. Highly recommended team!

They are amazing. Just recommended them to family & friends. The pricing was economical and fair, the staff was friendly and helpful. Definitely will be back. My teller’s name stars with an M, can’t remember off the top of my head but he was amazing!!

James and MJ, along with the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome and right at home. I NEVER feel like I'm getting taken advantage of. They always look for the best prices for me and have me in and out in a jiffy. And they have FREE AIR AVAILABLE at the entrance. Bathrooms were clean and I love their waiting area. Plenty of parking. Always available. Military discounts.

Where to start on this review...I initially took my 2012 mini cooper to the Richland Ave Mavis Tire location for an oil change as we've taken it there before and had no issues, other than they state on the receipt they top off fluids and don't. Anyway as I was pulling out this time (June 19th) the cooper was idling rough, I should've turned right back in but I was scheduled to go out of town for work for the week and was short on time. The next morning my wife called me and said she drove to Elevate Aiken and back which is less than 5 miles and the check engine light came on. I asked her how it ran when she started it up and she said very rough. I told her not to drive it the rest of the week which left her without a vehicle for the entire week. On June 28th, as I'm getting ready to take it into Precision Auto Care on Whiskey, I see a huge oil puddle under the car. I told Precision Auto what was going on, so they did another oil change because after looking at Mavis on Richland Ave. receipt it didn't show a filter or charge for a filter. Precision auto told us the Oil fill cap gasket was worn and needed to be replaced, so we went ahead paid for a second oil change in 9 days. Cars check engine light goes off and we assume all is good. This is where James at the Whiskey road Mavis location comes in :). The afternoon of the June 29th, yup the next day, we are backing out the driveway and see another huge oil spill. So we park the car and look under it and see that now the engine oil drain plug is leaking (so Precision Auto must've overtightened the plug). That for some reason caused us to look at the receipt for Precision Auto Care on Whiskey, and see they used 0W 20 oil in our car, which our coopers a 2012 and its specifications for oil are 0W 30 or 5W 30. Precision Auto was closed Sunday June 29th, and my wife had to go to Charlotte the next morning so we took it to Mavis tire on Whiskey, because I didn't want her driving the car with the wrong oil in it and dama...
