Mattress Firm Aiken I

We had the best experience with Ms. Lithia! My husband and I were shopping for our first new mattress and she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Ms. Lithia took the time to help us understand our needs for back problems and sleeping throughout the night without tossing and turning. She made us feel like we were on a journey not just a shopping trip, her professionalism and joyful personality made it such a great experience and she helped us get everything we wanted within our budget. I would recommended anyone come see her!!!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful experience at the store. Our mattress expert, Stephanie was great. She showed us many different options and gave us information on all of them. She was professional and courteous. The only issue we had was not really an issue at all. They were not able to get the mattress to us for two weeks and we would like to have had it sooner, but that was OK. This was a great experience and I would recommend this store.

Lithia was absolutely Amazing! She explained the difference between products to our daughter and made us feel like family. Most sales reps are too pushy but she was anything but that. I would absolutely recommend coming here, I know we will be back when we upgrade our bed!

Jim was awesome!! very detailed and patient he did not mind explaining anything more than once. You can tell he loves what he does and really wants to help you get what your looking for based on your needs all while being honest and not just trying to make a sale. Felt like a tailored experience! Also Jim is sensitive when it comes to your budget. I would definitely recommend to anyone and return!!!

Savanna is extremely competent and very helpful. I needed a twin XL box spring and mattress. I showed her the one online that was what I wanted. She set it up on a box spring so I could try. Done deal! Easy transaction. I found Savanna and Mattress Firm l much easier to deal with then the other mattress companies in Aiken. She actually cared!! Will only use this company now.
