Austin is the greatest! He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. Such a refreshing and much appreciated change from our former agent with another company. Austin patiently went over our new coverage (better than what we had) and answered all of our questions. It's a relief to know we can count on Austin and State Farm. I highly recommend his services for your insurance needs.

Have called 3 times in 5 years. All they've done is transfer me to the 1800 number. Only hear from them to try and sell me more insurance. Minimal communication about important issues. In response to you, 2 of the 3 times I've called have been on week days. If your just going to transfer people to the 800 number when you are in the office, save some money and cancel your phone plan.

I am so glad that he called me and also I was glad when I called him back and found out good information that I was able to get full coverage on my car thank you so much you are very good you are very awesome and he was very very patient with me and answer all my answers that I needed to know I'd like people like him love
