These guys simply do not desire your business. I paid for over 5k of material delivered to the permitted,new construction jobsite. 8 out of 22 sheets of 5/8 plywood t1-11 siding was damaged (lap siding requiring lap in perfect condition for moisture resistance for quality work). In this order we also ordered 3 1x8's that were split down the middle, one practically already broken in half by a knot in the wood. Visibly unacceptable. I returned the product and asked for a refund on the delivery fee ($60) since they had costed me hundreds of dollars waisting my time, since my guys could not finish the job without this material. They went on and told me that I should have called so they could send another truck out with more than likely damaged product. Then, they went on to say if I had a trailer I wouldn't have had this problem from the get go. After this snarky comment I said my goodbye's. Truly unacceptable. Prior to this order I attempted calling it in. No one would pick up the phone, I repeatedly called 3 times throughout the day. I drove to the business and they told me they were "too busy to answer the phone". Only two quality people here that care about the customer. Danny, an extremely knowledgeable, personable, customer service oriented young man, and a very happy man on the forklift that really knew how to handle the material on the machine. Other than these two people, as far as I know they did not want my business. Never again will I deal with Aiken Manor. Funny thing is everytime I went there prior to this interaction there were 1-2 customers in the parking lot MAX. - Local business owner with 3 years servicing CSRA with quality carpentry 10+ years experience.

Be prepared to wait long and load yourself. I even came back when no one was there. Took about the same. I came ahead paid for the order and came back so it would be ready. But an hour later it’s not ready the loading guy doesn’t know what I’m talking about and I end up loading my own stuff cause it’s piled up in a pallet ready to fall over. Not just once, so I’ll be going else where.

They have competitive prices, seem to know exactly what you're looking for, and deliver. Ordered roofing steel today, they don't stock these probably cuz so many length,/colors

Came last week and again today to pick up some Lumber so far the guys there like Bruce and Matt and the loading guys have been awesome. Trying to do my share in supporting local businesses.
