Macy's

I went into Macy's at the Augusta Mall on July 3 to buy a pair of jeans. The associate who cashed me out was so nice and professional and me feel like my business was welcomed. I'm sorry I didn't pay attention to her name but she had great customer service!

My friend found out he needed to grab a suit, shoes, belts and tie last minute. Richard Jones who is the Customer Experience manager helped home get everything he needed. He wasn't pushy, he was very honest and made a much bigger sale while looking out for my friends needs the entire time. He found the right sizes, brands options... And he did it with the smoothness of a seasoned fine dressed brother. For men's clothes if you're at Macy's... Visit Rich Jones and be blessed by his experience, candor and kindness. Ask him for the sales! 😜

Unfortunately the store is dropping in quality and service. I have a feeling we will be saying goodbye to Macys in the near future. There is a Macys Backstage at this location. I didn’t look at anything in that store within a store. I was on a mission to find a certain thing. Whole store was a mess.

Virginia in customer service is lazy af. Refused to return an item that was a non marketplace place order. I even had customer service on the line to assist her. She stated that she had to do extra steps to process the refund. She acted like she couldn’t keep her scanner still to scan the qr code that the customer service agent on the phone had sent. She refused to do her job. I asked for a supervisor and she refused to call one for assistance. The store was closing soon and she was just ready to go. I will not be shopping at this store ever again.

Would have gave a full five stars but I went in June to buy the cologne I always wear the Armani acqua di Giorgio and when I went to buy a refill of it in December it was half of the price that I paid back in June and there has been no price change since then so that just leads me to believe that that one certain employee from June charged me extra and put the money in her pocket
