Had a wonderful experience the other week to get a small pot and a 8oz soil for my carnivorous plant. This young man helped me dutifully and even carried my items out to my car for me, loaded it into my trunk, and opened car door for me. Phenomenal service, I will be coming back to see the employee again. 🌹❤️

I had the best experience while working with the Manager of Plumbing/Cabinets and Counter Top at the Lowe’s in Evans, Ga. Her name is TeiKenya is she was so very patient with me while I’m remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms. She’s professional, polite and knowledgeable! I really appreciate her positive attitude and understanding while I take on this huge project.

Elias and his partner dropped off a new LG fridge at my house on Monday morning. The service and politeness they displayed were unlike those I have experienced with movers. Smiling face the second they walked in, and perfect attention in every step while moving the fridge in. Haven't had a better experience from movers, not sure I will again! Big thanks to Lowe's, Elias, and the moving crew! P.S. The fridge works great too!

Was at the store yesterday afternoon. Had to pick up a slew of breakers and a new panel box. Need expert help. No one in dept. tracked down a clerk to call for help after 3 calls I managed to figure out 75% of what my electrician needed. Needed to get 2 items from top shelf. Located a clerk to get a ladder asked him to get one item down which he did. Then he said he had to leave to make go up front never got the other box, never came back, never sent someone else!!! Guess who got it!! Had a belly full went to check out and tried to explain to clerk I still needed one more item and she said they Must be coming in later today. Like is there no one else covering departments ? A assistant manager? A warm body? I was amazed at the lack of customer service!!!

The WORST Lowe's I've been to. Ordered landscaping materials and paid for delivery the next day ...received nothing. The next day I received a partial order and told I have to wait 4 days for the rest ...nothing. I wait an ADDITIONAL three days with no delivery or notifications. Called the store, transferred NINE times before THEY just hung up. At this point they've basically just stolen my money.
