I purchased a dryer from Lowe’s and paid extra for professional installation, expecting the job to be done right. Unfortunately, the installers did a poor job: they incorrectly wired the dryer, which caused it to trip the circuit breaker repeatedly. Even worse, they left behind a stripped screw on the terminal block, making it harder for me to correct the issue myself. I had to troubleshoot and fix the wiring myself, which completely defeats the purpose of paying for installation. This was not just inconvenient — it was potentially dangerous. I expected better from Lowe’s contracted service. If you’re buying a major appliance and paying for installation, double-check everything before they leave.

I don't go there very often but I love every time I do go there because they have so many things. It's like a dream come true to be honest. Even their bathrooms are clean. Another thing that I found interesting was they have clothes and the clothes look really cool! I know that even my daughter would love going there. Lowe's is a really great place and when I get my own home one day I'm going to go there ❤️💯👍

Total fail today. Had a pick up at the pick up area today and some items were for garden mulch bags. Because a schedule delivery never showed up I place my own pick up. Was handed a receipt and told to go the loading area for further assistance with those items. Sat there for 20 mins before anyone offered help in that area. Then an employee just sat on the forklift while one person tried to load a few items for me. And then was told to wait because these items should have pulled by the fulfillment associate Then waited another 30 minutes while 6!!! Other cars trucks and landscaping trailers were loaded and I’m still waiting. Got so frustrated that I started loaded on my own (in my business clothes)!!! Called the front of the store and the phone literally rang for 15 minutes. Then called back and asked to speak with a manager in fulfillment or garden and I let the phone ring another 10 minutes and again No one ever picked up.

I used to love Lows, but ever since I moved to Augusta, every single one of these is the absolute worst. I came to get some drywall today and of course it’s dirty and unorganized and you couldn’t even get to the drywall.

Pleasantly surprised by my recent interaction at this location! I went in for some supplies I needed for my backyard. There was a friendly employee, I believe his name was Kenya. He jumped right in to help me find what I needed. He was kind and knowledgeable. Finally a great experience at the Lowe’s on Bobby Jones expressway! You all finally got it right! Give that man a bump in his pay!
