I LOVE this jewelry store SO MUCH. I’m not sure why the reviews are so low, but I got my other nostril pierced here and it healed perfectly alongside the jewelry I get here. I forget her name, but the employee’s style and aesthetic is amazing, she has on glasses and always takes care of me when I’m in there! She definitely needs a raise!

Highly impressed. Have been here a couple times. Love the selection of earrings. And even their hair bows! I found a certain type of earrings I had been looking for a super long time. I found them in silver. I asked the lady if she had them in gold. She said yes and went right to it. Very helpful! I’m very pleased, and will definitely be back.

I had both my ears pierced here. (Double helix ) It started swelling and getting embedded into my ear. Had to go to the tattoo shop to get it removed and/or exchange for a larger bar. She advised its not safe how small the bar they use for the ear piercings were. I wasted money and time at this place. Not worth it.

I bought a set of earrings last weekend. Never got a chance to wear them bc when trying to put a pair on the clasp broke completely off. I realize they don’t accept jewelry as returns but I was hoping they would make an exception given the circumstance. The lady working today didn’t even want to attempt to resolve the problem. She just wanted to make it clear they don’t take back jewelry and the product was not broken when I bought it. Really!!?? It seams like this company doesn’t stand by their products quality.

I bought a belly ring from here and that same day I put it in, the ball of the piercing and half of the jewelry piece broke off. The worker did tell me it was final sale so I knew I could not return it. The amount I payed just for it to break the same day.
