LongHorn Steakhouse

I was going to contact the regional manager on the store because I have not been in a longhorns in a while but when I walked in there and saw lobster tail on the floor for over a half hour as well as not being attended to when the place only had about maybe seven families and or just people eating and the food was dry on the New York side of the t-bone but the tenderloin side had a good flavor and this restaurant has serious potential but you might need to go in and do some up training I know that I would not recommend this place to anyone and really I should be given back my whole check that was 75.00 for four people. I had family from Florida come up and they were appalled but I was more appalled than they were. So if the regional manager would like to reach out and give us credit and give us another opportunity to re rate this place would be the proper thing to do.

For some reason, I just cannot get my state prepared properly when I have dinner here. They always want to prepare my steak again and bring it out, but by then everyone else is done eating. I ordered a fillet that was medium and definitely feel like I got a corner of a sirloin well done. The atmosphere is fine although the noise level is pretty loud in there at times.

Went in for Lunch this afternoon alone and Briana T was my waitress, she was phenomenal! Very kind and always made sure I had everything I needed! Thank you for the excellent service!!🖤

Second time here and tryed to give it the benefit of the doubt, but again issues with cooking.Ordered a well done steak and it’s bleeding!!!!Wife ordered a medium well and received a medium rare steak.im like at this point,never going back.attached is pics of my well done steak.After waiting 40 mins wasn’t waiting longer to send it back.By the way wait staff was amazing!!!Only good thing

Real good steak options. Took my father there for his 94th bday. He had the lamb and enjoyed it.They have some combination choices, and the strawberry pecan salad is refreshing. The peach tea was good (a little too sweet but good). We were very pleased with the good food, service, atmosphere,and the bday brownie & ice cream for Dad!
