Logan's Roadhouse

Tasha was exceptionally sweet. She made us feel so welcome. She was cheerful and happy. She made our dinner great. The food was not as great at the service but good. The steak was absolutely the best part of dinner and it exceeded expectations. However the starter was the onions. They should tell you in advance that they are shoestring onions. Very weird and difficult to eat. Not at all like a blooming onion or onion rings. My husband and I both got the Caesar salad. His came with his meal. I did all sides for my meal, so this Caesar salad was $5.99. I was literally a plate of iceberg lettuce with Caesar dressing on the side. The green beans I didn’t even want to try they looked like yesterdays canned green beans. But I did try them and they were seasoned deliciously. The presentation was just off. Lastly, my husband got the steak and shrimp. The picture on the menu didn’t look anything like the plate he received. You can decide for yourself in the picture. All in all with great service and nice atmosphere. Awesome cold glasses for your beer. We will be back knowing what to expect next time.

Hostess sat me and my children and wife next to the bar which was extremely loud and horrible profanity being used very loudly. We tried to press through but it just kept getting worse. Food arrived and the food was waffle house quality. My steak was absolute trash, flavorless, not grilled correctly or cooked correctly, still pressed through, we didnt want to complain and cause a scene. The server was very sweet and kind so she got tipped extremely well for her delightful service. They did cover some of our bill due to the seating arrangements. I give them a one star on food and atmosphere for those reasons. I did eat my baked potato but i couldnt finish my broccoli or steak due the horrible cooking. My daughters burger was ocer cooked and she likes it medium. My wife had flavorless mashed potatoes and dry microwaved chicken.

My son & I dropped in after I picked him up from school so it was about 2:45 pm. We were greeted with very high energy & seated very quickly! I didn’t go to the bar but LA is always awesome! Allea was awesome ! Positive attitude & a good aura about her. It was definitely a refreshing experience with what customer service gives today!

Normally I don't have a problem with my food. But, I ordered two bake potatoes and they were burnt to do ends. This is unacceptable. Then my bread was cold. Ordering at night is the worse. I am not pleased with the salads either. If the cooked didn't want to be there, just stay home. The meat on the salad was burnt. My wife and I don't believe in wasting money but if Logan's were still open, I would've definitely took it back and asked for a refund.

To be honest, this was my first and last time at this restaurant. We waited over an hour to receive our food, and when we did receive our food one of the waiter came by and said something about the fries and took them away and never return with fresh fries that we paid for. I will stick to going to Texas Roadhouse. As I said, this was my first and last time going to Logans.
