LOFT

I live out of state and I was in the area and thought to visit this Loft as well as I had a return. First I noticed that at this location customer service is horrible. No one greeted us and there was only 1 other person in the store. I notice they didnt have no one of color who worked there and maybe they weren't working that day but they had 3 workers and no one in there and no one could open there mouth to greet me. Then one worker saw my daughter and asked her how was school. Ummm ma'am first you can't say hi welcome to loft and then my daughter had to let her know she wasn't in school she has already graduated. Thats wha happens when you don't mind your own business. But I ended up returning an item and they told me they don't issue merchant cards because it was over the 30 days and they would put the money on my account. So I asked could I shop online she said yes. Well it's the next day and I am back home and I go online to maybe do some shopping and I don't see the money on there. So I called Loft and the lady was clueless and then gave me the number to customer service. Ma'am yall need to be educated on what new changes are happening. I spoke to customer service to find out I can't use it online I have to go instore to use and the the associate will be able to pull it up. Which that alone is crazy. I will not be returning to this location and stick to my Loft in my state because they know how to greet all customers, they have people from all backgrounds working in there and you see a lot of diverse customers.

The clothes selection has been hit or miss. Sometimes we find great things...other times not so much. One of the employee in particular doesn't follow the store's own protocols for masks which causes us to question coming back or not. The sales (when they happen) can be worth it as the clothes are high quality and can be bought for lower price when going at the right time with the risk of no returns.

Love LOFT. Hate this store. Will only shop online. Unfriendly staff. I work in an environment that is extremely customer oriented, so it’s disheartening when no one greets or acknowledges you, let alone asks if you need help. I will no longer do in-store pickup at this LOFT, because the items are always listed as “available” online for in store pickup but they NEVER fulfill orders. Even if I have 10 items, not a single one will be fulfilled.

I liked the look, the space, then displayed many items to be sold. Walk right in no one will notice. It appears as such since no one greeted me upon my entrance. That was fine. I found what was needing to be priced and left without and one to give notice. I think that was during the past holidays

Very friendly staff helped get us whatever we needed and were coming over and asking if we needed anything! Some nice tops apparently.
