Liquor Land

I called to see if they carried my weekend sipping bourbon because it’s often sold out and they responded “sir we don’t run out”!!! Why would I go anywhere else!!!! Edit!! Stopped by today after ALL the master traffic and they still had ONE bottle sitting there waiting for me! It was meant to be! 🥃 ⛳️

I’ve been a regular customer at Liquor Land in Evans, Georgia for quite some time, frequently purchasing the same item. Unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience that made me question their approach to customer service. I brought home several bottles of the same beverage last night but noticed one of the bottles had a crack at the cap. I returned to the store with the bottle, hoping to exchange it and make additional purchases. To my surprise, the staff refused to offer an exchange, citing their policy, without any effort to accommodate or acknowledge my loyalty as a regular customer. What’s frustrating is that the item in question isn’t expensive, and a simple exchange would have gone a long way in reinforcing customer loyalty. Instead, this rigid approach left me feeling undervalued as a patron. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those moments can define its reputation. I hope Liquor Land re-evaluates its policies and prioritizes building relationships with regular customers. My understanding according to the law: “Leaking bottles” A retailer may exchange a leaking bottle of liquor for the same brand and quantity if the container's top is affixed.

The day after the snow storm Jan 2025, we called to see if DDS was open due to the bad weather. The line for DDS is automated and had no person to talk to. The person from Liquor Land answered the phone said that it was not in their job description and hung up in our face. Although I have never been to this establishment, I WOULD NEVER STEP FOOT IN YOUR BUILDING AND BUY ANYTHING!! The other reviews say vou have bad customer service. I can see why!! Looks like you overcharge for things too. AVOID this place and shop Beverage Outlet!! They have phenomenal customer and are alwas awesome. Even when I'm just asking them a question.

The staff is unparalleled. From when you walk in, to when you complete your sale, you will have met every expert in the building. Not for nothing, they have curated us to interesting discoveries and new favorites. World Class.
