LINCARE

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Their service is horrible. I have to go to the store ANYTIME I have a question as they never answer their phone and they never call you back. I thought I would use them because they are much closer to my house. Knowing what I know now I would have never used them in the first place. You can’t always get up and go to the store just to have a question answered but I have no choice now when I deal with Lincare. They’ve gone through many different employees and obviously they can’t keep their respiratory therapist for some reason maybe because they’re overwhelmed and they soon find out that they don’t care. They have overcharged me for supplies that I returned, unused. They never made a note of it in the system and I’m still waiting on a call back and it’s been three weeks. If you’re new to needing services like they provide, I would go elsewhere. Save yourself the grief.

I like the dial in ordering. It’s fast and easy. Denny usually brings me my portable air tanks. He is the best. I can depend on him to help me with any problem I might have with my equipment.

I was given a 9 am appt only to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes. The guy at the front desk was very condescending, I walked up and stated my name and he said "Yes you are" looking at me very smuggly and very sarcastic. What ever you do don't go to these people. My doctor sent over a referral for a c-pap machine a month ago and I still have not even had no appointment or nothing and ever time I call them it's another lie and I don't hear from no one until I call again please do not waste your time with this company

Lincare has always accommodated me for the last 10 or more years. Always polite and professional. I’m a unique individual with unique experiences. Always treated very well by all of the members of their team.
