When you just can't get ALL the cleaning done, and you want the job done RIGHT the FIRST time, add this company to your team. Used them several times and even on a rotation. They not only met, but exceeded my expectations. I've referred them to friends who needed urgent relocation move out cleaning. Again, Lillie's exceeded their expectations and with reasonable prices. I typically do not leave reviews, but after my experience on 3/28, I feel compelled to caution others about this company’s service. From start to finish, the entire process was disorganized, unprofessional, and frustrating. At the outset, two technicians arrived on time. As this was my first time using the service, I asked for a basic overview of the process and what would be included. Neither technician was able to provide any information, so I gave them a walkthrough of my home myself. At one point, I left and re-entered a room only to find one of the technicians filming—without my permission—while my newborn was present. Shortly after, the onsite manager arrived but made no effort to introduce herself or communicate with me directly. I again requested an overview of the services and an estimated timeframe, as the website did not offer these details. I received no response, and the technicians simply started their timer. Approximately 40 minutes into the cleaning, one of the techs informed me that the site manager was planning to add a $150 “pet fee/additional services” charge. This was unexpected, and when I contacted the site manager for clarification, she was unable to explain what the charge was for or why it was necessary. Given the confusion and lack of transparency, I asked the technicians to pause until I could speak with the company owner. The owner was apologetic, acknowledged that the site manager had acted outside of protocol, and confirmed that no additional fees would be added. This was helpful and appreciated. I had ordered a deep cleaning, and the technicians initially estimated it would take 4–5 hours, which I accepted. However, seven hours later, they were still working on my home—which is a modest 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath property. For context, my home is regularly serviced and maintained in a clean state. Lillie's are our go to cleaning company for our home. They have always went above and beyond to ensure that we are satisfied. They initiate walk-throughs to make sure that our home meets our satisfaction. The staff is extremely friendly and always has the best customer service. We have recommend many of our friends and family.

Today we had our first deep cleaning from Lillies Professionals ....WOW!! Let me tell you, Ms. Kayla, LaToya, and Gigi came in and did such a wonderful job!! They are very detailed oriented and thorough! Thank you lady's!!!

Used this company for a cleaning of my Airbnb. Was charged extra (understandable because guest left the house with additional trash but charging DOUBLE is RIDICULOUS). When they were “done” cleaning, my gf STILL had to clean for 2 1/2 hrs before the next guests checked in the same day. So much that she was still cleaning when the guests arrived. These cleaners left trash in the trash can, two loads of laundry in the washer and dryers, did not restock the supplies (even though WE supplied everything ALREADY), and did not follow the cleaning checklist at all. Said that laundry and several other things were not including in a Clean even though they were suppose to flip the home for the next guests. They placed ALL of the bedding and towels in ONE load??? Absolutely do NOT recommend for short term rentals. There are plenty of other cleaners on TurnoverBnB that do way more for half the price. Update: Also, the other reviews are clearly from employees. Tara was the person I booked through on TurnoverBnB and Kendra was the one I called to voice my concerns with no results.
