Liberty Tax

The first service was so so. They messed up a form and wasn’t caught until I called the state revenue dept. contacted them to fix they said not a problem. Over a week and still haven’t fixed. They set multiple appts to correct and did not make them. If I could give 0 stars and know it would go through I would. Do not recommend at all. Also they are way overpriced

If I could give 0 stars I would. We sat down with the Male Clerk (dark hair and glasses) that works there. He did not claim all of our mileage, and when we brought it to his attention he proceeded to cuss at us, and told us that he was not doing our taxes and kicked us out. As we were leaving the premises, he yelled at us that he would call the cops?! AS WE WERE LEAVING. So on the last day to file taxes, we had to find someone else to do it. And lucky enough we did. Never go here.

Last years experience was ok. I dealt with someone who had some idea of what he was doing. But this year was a totally different experience. I basically had to correct their mistakes and question everything before finally getting it right. Should have just done my taxes myself. Oh and dont make an appointment. You will sit there for 30 or 40 minutes after your time.

I only went to Liberty for the 50 cash advance, that I didn't recieve when my taxes were prepared. The associate informed me that his "manager" would mail them out the following day. It has been well over a week now, still no check. When I called and asked about the advance all they say to me is "our manager hasnt come in yet"

Very professional. The young lady who helped me was very professional.
