The tiny screw that holds my wife’s glasses together came loose. I could not put it back in so I went to LensCrafters just hoping for help. The ladies there were so kind. They took her glasses to the back, and fixed them without hesitation. My wife’s vision is very poor. I can’t begin to express how grateful we both are, Thank all of you so much. That is from both of us. While I was waiting Chris help me acquire a great pair of Ray Band’s. Best glasses I’ve ever had. Can’t think of how my visit could have been better. You have made two lifelong customers .👍

I have never visited or purchased from LensCrafters before and my experience was fantastic! The customer service provided by Rosina was phenomenal from start to finish. Product selection was excellent and I was happy to purchase a pair of Oakley progressive prescription sunglasses for a price well below what previous research and quotes had been. If my glasses arrive as ordered, LensCrafters has a new customer in me!

LensCrafters in Aiken is awesome! Brandee is the best. She helped me pick out my new glasses and sunglasses. Best service with the best prices. Could not have asked for a better experience.

I only used this location to purchase glasses, not for an eye exam. The parking lot is large enough and there was plenty of room to park at the store. However, the lot is shared with many other stores in the shopping center so when I went it was fairly crowded even though there were not many people in the store. The store has a large selection of name brand frames. There aren't many budget frames, and if you do not have vision insurance, lenses could get expensive. Most frames are in the $150+ range. The store is newly renovated so there is a lot of open space and modern display cases. It was hard to find a mirror because they were so well integrated into the design of the cases! This also means that there are electronic ad boards around the store. Those can be a little disconcerting if you aren't expecting them. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. I was helped by Chris and she was very accommodating and answered all my questions. Be aware, the process for purchasing frames includes taking measurements and putting in plenty of information to their system. It is not a quick 5 minute check out, so just be prepared to spend a little time with a sales associate. This also means if you come in during a busy time, it might be a while before someone can help you. Overall a great store and the new location and modern design are wonderful!

Brandee the store manager helped me out of a big jam by searching the entire store for frames that fit my existing lenses. She fit them perfectly, and then she helped my friend adjust her frames to perfection. She is just the most helpful and knowedeable!! And so friendly!! Kudos. I will be back after my cruise to get a new full set!! Thanks, Brandee!!
