Kind of a slow process I expected it to be a little faster than what it was came in at 9:00 am didn’t leave until 10:45 am . Also I’ve applied for many of loans in the past and I never had to verify so much information . For a $3,000 loan , I was looking at 36 months at $180 month . Total coming out to $6,480 so your pretty much expected to pay back twice the amount you borrowed. The lady I worked with was friendly and had a great customer service

They need to learn customer service, call someone once an leave a message. Don’t call their work, mom, uncle brother and sister all in one day trying to reach them. I wouldn’t recommend one person on this north Augusta office. Someone from management needs to fix this.

Do not believe them when they tell you they will pay you if you refer somebody. I have referred three those three people got a loan. I have been promised for over six months now that I am going to get paidbut they never have I'll finally given up on them I will not send them any more business I'm glad I don't have to do business with them anymore because their interest rate was unbearable to deal with thank goodness I got out of debt.

The people who work here are awesome. They know exactly how to handle business but yet don't mind smiling and laughing and making u feel right at home.
