Leading Edge Real Estate was a blessing to me. I decided that I wanted to purchase a home back in July 2023 after dealing with different realtors/lenders I began to get discouraged and in October I decided that maybe this wasn't the time. Bad experience with them the until was dirty when we moved in and they never fixed what I asked and when we moved out they nit picked the place to death about things that where there from previous tenants , my guess is so they could keep our deposit. Read you're rental agreement really good because some of the things they ask you to do they actually should be doing .
