Ooooh where do I start. I moved to Aiken in 2005 and 19 years later, they still have by business. They’re are honest, dependable and hard working. I pretty much consider them family at this point. Thanks guys for the years and your commitment to great customer service. Love them all!!!!!!

If you are conveniently located in Aiken then you really need to go local with Lambert insurance. I've been with them for over 15 years. Adam Amanda Nicholas and of course Mrs Lambert are all awesome. I could do online but I just like going in and getting that great local customer service with a smile😊 jbarnard

We were referred to Lambert Insurance when we moved to Aiken in 2017. The company we had been with for 25 years did not write in South Carolina. Diana Lambert suggested Travelers for our home and auto which has been excellent. We recently had a claim due to a lost item. Within minutes of contacting Diana the agent from Travelers was promptly handling everything for us. In less than 24 hours we had received funds for our loss. I had another insurance company for over 14 years with no claims and my bill seemed to continually increase at an alarming rate. I called Lambert Insurance and they were able to provide the same coverage and literally cut my insurance bill in half. They made it super simple and easy to switch over. They gave me options to choose, but never tried to oversell me on things I didn't need. When I have questions about my coverage that are able to answer my questions effectively and in a timely manner. I normally am a creature of habit, but I am super happy with my switch. Have been with agency for almost 3 years. I wad with one company and the rates kept climbing got no foreseeable reason. Call Adam and Nick and they found us another company that offered 3 times the coverage for the same money. Great boys their mom raised them right.
