Zach is very kind, kept me updated on all of the ins and outs of my computer's issues and got me fixed up right away. Very fair with his pricing and knows what he's doing. :)

Definitely recommend. Zachary is awesome and very honest. He kept me updated the whole time while he was waiting for the parts to repair my computer. It was actually really fast, a great price, and now I have no problems with my computer running. Would definitely go here versus anywhere else in Greenwood.

I called Zachary for the first time a few years ago right after Christmas and he responded immediately and was able to help me out. I since then I’ve done business several more times with him and he has always been super reasonable, quick, and efficient at what he does he also bends over backwards to make sure the job gets done. If you need anything computer related he is your guy.

Where to begin to describe how totally customer focused and incredibly skilled Zachary is? To begin with, someone in Russia repeatedly tried to hack my computer and in the process totally locked it up so that there was no power going to the mother board and the computer wouldn't even turn on. I had two years of photographs and documents for an architectural documentation project my husband and I are working on and I thought all that work was lost. Needless to say, I was extremely upset. But Zachary is fantastic! He was able to determine what the problem was and worked relentlessly through problem after problem to not only get my computer unlocked but also get all my files back!! I can not say enough good things about him. He is incredibly knowledgeable, reasonably priced, and super customer focused. If you're having computer problems, I would definitely recommend taking your computer to Zachary.
