While most of experiences with Kroger's floral department has been getting pre-made cut flowers and arrangements, I've custom ordered a couple of arrangements recently and have ended up with beautiful end results. The lady who helped me was very friendly, knowledgeable, and listened carefully to what I was describing I wanted. She made a few suggestions, which I took and her arrangements came out even better than what I had pictured.
