I ordered flowers for my mom. Process to order was easy. Actually getting the flowers delivered isn’t. + Needed to call me to get my card info again to run the charge even though I sent it online + They called me the day of delivery to tell me that the flower arrangement I chose was not actually in stock so they said they would do something “similar”. I was OK with this. Just wanted to get some Christmas flowers for my mom. + During the same call they said they would not be able to deliver the flowers that day but they would arrive the next day. + Next day around 2pm still no flowers. I call them and they say they have until 7pm to deliver flowers to residential areas. Ooooooookay. + Check in with mom at 8pm. I spoil the surprise basically by asking her if she got any “packages”. Still no flowers. + No missed call/voicemail/email letting me know the flowers could not be delivered. Who knows if my mom will get the flowers. Learn from my $60 mistake and place your order with a local florist. UPDATE: Today I got an email saying my order was canceled because: “Unfortunately, we no longer have a florist in our network who is able to fill your order. We have canceled your order and your account has been credited in full...”
