Always fresh, Always friendly!! I wouldn't buy my fresh meats anywhere else. The meats ate fresh because it is a straight from the farm butcher. My porterhouse steaks and bone in Ribeyes are cut to order. It's not sitting in a case already precut and prepackaged. When they cut your meats they show you both sides before wrapping it up. You can't go wrong with Knights Butchering. From their shop to my table.

I love this place. If you are looking for good, quality meat at an incredible price, this is your place. If you aren’t from the south side, the area can be a little intimidating but everyone here is super friendly and helpful! One of the only places I could find turkey wings a few days before thanksgiving!

Nikki is very approachable and quite ready to help with special orders and requests. You can tell she’s dedicated her heart and soul to providing the very best products and customer service. It goes a long way for customers when they can deal with someone who loves what they do and it shows in everything. Knights is our new go-to butcher shop!

I made my first visit to KNIGHTS yesterday (08/17/24). I wasn't sure what to expect but I was very pleased with the Southern Hospitality and the Cheese & Beer Sausages. At first I thought they'd taste like any other Johnsonville or Hillshire brat laiden with sage and tasting like a typical American sausage. But I was wrong. The Cheese & Beer sausage might very well be one of the tastiest sausages I've had in my 62 years of living. I grilled two last night and I baked the remaining 4 in the oven this morning. I think grilling them took the winning Blue Ribbon. ⚔️💂🏼‍♂️🇬🇧💂🏼‍♂️⚔️

Great meats, good prices and great selection. They have sales often and this makes it a great thing. The staff is friendly, professional and personable.
