I booked a hotel room on priceline for the wrong knights inn. The front desk told me to call priceline when I asked for a refund. Priceline called me and said he declined the refund and I needed to call him to see if he could make "an exception to their policy." He lied when I called him, he blamed priceline for denying it. I told him priceline just told me to call him and ask for refund. He told me no because all the rooms are booked up, it's too late. It's 3pm right now, normal hotel check in time. If he gave me a refund, the room would become available (I know because I have worked at a knights inn front desk 30 mins away from here.) They have terrible customer service, they basically stole $70 from me and didn't even apologize.

In addition to the motel being an absolute dump with broken fixtures and furniture and noisy people all night, the proprietor thinks he's doing you a favor with 11am checkout. No, Mr Proprietor. Checkout is not 1030am. The absolute earliest at any other motel is 11. You actually did me no favor at all by giving me until 11. I hope that 30 minutes goes to good use and saves you a lot of money. You will get no more of mine again EVER.

Horrible...bed bugs, curtains filthy ,tub& bathroom filthy, smelled horrible, the health dept not doing there job,( shut them down) we got our money back...ughhh ps and we took plenty photos coming soon...not catfishing us..

Dropped off a Walmart order to the front office and I believe I may have been working with the owner and I just wanted to brag about how pleasant and nice he was.

Horrible paid through a third party try to check in system was down that’s understandable. They were only taking cash which I paid for but they also charge my card for a stay I didn’t stay so I end up paying twice. That’s unfair nobody has money to be giving away. Hotels.com also has been no help. They were notify of what happen at check in all they saying now it sorry the hotel doesn’t pick up we can’t refund the money. They should all be ashamed.
