The guy taking our order when we walked in was beyond welcoming and pleasant to talk with. He gave me a coupon last time and we returned to use it. The order came out quickly and everything was great. If I were corporate I wouldn’t want to lose him.

This is a tuff one for me. The food has never failed us when it comes to quality and taste. It is always top notch no matter what we get. The only thing up in the air is the service. Its either better than any chick fila you've ever visited or you feel like the three blind mice are working back there. I have had to correct my order three times during one visit. Simple stuff like a forgot side/no sauce. Nothing crazy, but you paid money for an item and you expect to receive it. Most days you will get fast service, high quality food, and a pleasant experience. Just beware of those off days that seem to frequent this establishment

I ordered through the mobile app to take advantage of the $10 Tuesday sale, and when I arrived at 6p they were out of chicken. Had to wait approximately 30 minutes for some more chicken to be prepared. On a positive note, the workers there were as friendly as they could be, but you could tell they were stressed.

Just move near KFC an it was good the leg an thigh was not dry biscuit just soft an warm. Customer service excellent nobody loud texting on there phone very professional my gift card work great on the reader which was mounted tight. Bathroom was clean too.

Everyone here knows what I came for and it’s the mashed potatoes/gravy with KFC sauce! I’ll switch it up on y’all one day! The food is hot and fresh and the staff are really chill and cool! Highly recommend!
