I just returned in my newly repaired car from Kendrick Paint & Body Shop- South Aiken. They did a very thorough job. I was rear-ended and the damage didn't look so bad, but Kendrick's staff found major damage to the interior part of the rear bumper. Kendrick communicated by text and phone with me while they were repairing the car. I will return to Kendrick for repairs to the body of my car should they arise.

I stopped by to get some paint issues on my car checked out. Even though they were clearly backed up, I was greeted right away and the gentleman took the time to take a look at my concern without hesitation. He quickly identified it as a manufacturing issue and clearly explained what steps I needed to take next. I really appreciated his honesty and how he prioritized helping me over just making a sale. It’s refreshing to see a business that truly values its customers. Thanks to him, I'm now on my way to hopefully getting this issue taken care of!
