I brought my car into this body shop with zero mechanical issues—it was fully operational and driving smoothly. I only needed cosmetic repairs. However, just five minutes after picking it up, my car completely stopped running. No warnings, no previous signs of trouble—just dead on the road. Along with unsatisfactory work. I’m extremely disappointed and concerned about what may have been done to my vehicle while it was in their care. At the very least, I expected my car to run the same as it did when I dropped it off. I’ve reached out to the shop for answers, and I was brushed off completely. If you’re considering taking your vehicle here, I suggest being very cautious and documenting your car’s condition before leaving it.

Eva was excellent and incredibly insightful with the entire process. Obviously you hate to be in a predicament where your vehicle is getting repaired and it isn’t your fault however the customer service and assistance was 2nd to none. If in the future I am in this predicament again I will make sure to bring my truck here. Thank you Kendrick’s! Some before and after pictures as well are attached the grass picture is post repair.

Back in mid January (2025), I went to Kendrick to get a quote on repainting the hood and tailgate on my 2008 Tacoma. I rolled in one afternoon and asked for a quote. Someone came out right then and got to work on it. I left that afternoon and by the time I got home (about a 15 minute drive) I had an email in my inbox with the quote attached. Really impressive. I was told the earliest day that they could schedule the work was in May, but I was waiting on a couple of other quotes and didn't schedule at that time. By early February I had gotten all the quotes that I was going to get and had given up on the ones for which I was waiting. I reached out to Kendrick and scheduled the work for June 4th. After initially scheduling the work, I asked if I could add a gasket install onto the grille of the truck. I was asked to send pictures and told that they would get back to me. It's worth noting at this point that even though I had no missed calls, texts, or emails that I was told they had tried to reach out and "had no luck." That was in the middle of February, and my email of the pictures was the last contact until I reached out to them on June 2 in oder to find out when I should bring my truck by on the fourth and how long it would take to complete the work. On the 2nd I found out that the person I had been in contact with had been moved to a different shop and that I would have to come in and have a re-estimation done for the work. The person I spoke with this time said that it was estimated incorrectly the first time because that person was "new at estimating." After I received the second estimate indication that the price had gone up by almost 50%, I chose not to have the work done. This experience has left me with the following questions: 1. If the estimator was inexperienced enough to miss an additional 50% of the cost, why was there not someone more experienced with her making sure she didn't miss anything? 2.Why did no one check the original estimate if that e...

I would not recommend Kendrick’s Body Shop, especially if you’re looking for clear communication and quality service. I worked with Eva after my car was in a wreck, and from start to finish, the experience has been frustrating. My vehicle was returned later than promised, and when I finally got it back, there were still several unresolved issues. They put the same damaged tire from the wreck back in my car, and there were noticeable cosmetic problems with the bumper that clearly weren’t fixed properly. Eva initially told me to involve my insurance, which I did—only for them to later say they would take care of it because it was their mistake. That was over a week ago, and I haven’t heard a single thing back since. I’ve called and texted multiple times with no response. At this point, it feels like I’m being completely ignored, and it’s beyond unprofessional. I expected more from a shop that claims to stand behind their work. Very disappointed.
