Kendrick Paint & Body Shop - Aiken

The entire team was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the process. They did an outstanding job restoring my car to its pre-accident condition, with a flawless paint job and precise bodywork! I would highly recommend to anyone needing car body work!

The shop secretary and the estimator are very nice and helpful and if it was just them it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately the quality of the paint job is subpar compared to the factory finish of my car. Being on the hood it is very easy to see the orange peel and wavy finish.

I hit a deer on June 30th, 2024. I had my car towed and had given authorization for my car to be worked on prior to the Fourth of July. Everything seemed to be running smoothly, up until this point. There was ZERO communication. I, the customer, had to make all of the effort to see where exactly my car was throughout the majority of this repair. My rental vehicle ended up exceeding the limit my insurance was willing to pay. When I called and spoke to Jessica, I was told it was due to the back order of parts. I called my insurance after and expressed the hardships this was causing on my day to day life. I felt as if it were unfair for the rental to not have an extended time due to being told that Kendrick’s was still waiting on parts to arrive. My insurance reached out to Kendrick’s and was given a completely different answer from what I was given. Therefore, I was not given the extension and was left without a vehicle. It wasn’t until after I had went to the body shop and spoke with Jessica that I finally stated getting updates. Jessica made the process a little smoother. I picked up my car August 23rd, 2024. Kendrick’s stated they were waiting on Honda to finish clearing a code from my system. I called and spoke to Honda and they had stated they had reached out to Kendrick’s multiple times and were waiting for Kendrick’s to pick my vehicle up. After I made contact with Kendrick’s stating what Honda told me, I then received a call within the hour that my car was ready to be picked up. I had several things wrong with the interior of the car. I brought my car to Kendrick’s to show Jessica. I was met outside with Jessica and two men. The technician wanted to argue with me that the car came to him with these parts damaged. 2024 Accord that was bought on February 29th, 2024. I had had the car for four months. Brand new. Hit a deer :( chose Kendrick’s to inspect the car to see if repairable. Evaluation was done within a day!! The insurance and myself were slower but my car got declared total loss. Thank you for your great fast service!

The service was fantastic, and there was excellent communication through various channels. Although the truck's repair was initially scheduled for one date, it had to be rescheduled due to the company's workload, which they communicated effectively. The restoration was completed ahead of the new deadline. Overall, we had an exceptional experience with Kendricks. Highly recommended!
