Michael, our sales representative was great. He knew the product line and was truly interested in what would work for us versus just making the sale. We ended up buying the washer we were seeking as well as a recliner.

The sales and delivery went well. They did not have a hose long enough so they had to put the washer in sideways. I was told by the salesman when he called to check that we could buy a longer one and they would come out and reinstall. This is our second appliance purchased this year. Not happy about the hose.

Bought a pretty expensive refrigerator from them and other appliances had serious issues with refrigerator and they never gave up. Always polite always kind kept sending service out to me until the refrigerator was replaced. I had an issue with the filter and again all three guys help me out found the solution with patience and kindness. You can't go wrong with this company.

I have had the pleasure of purchasing two appliances from Kelly Appliance over the past couple of years. I cannot express enough how extremely lucky we are in Aiken to have an appliance store with such a vast selection with inventory available immediately. When my wife and I needed to replace our built in oven two years ago we had the pleasure of dealing with Race. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He sold us exactly what we needed and made sure it was available right away. This past week our dishwasher leaked for the second time in as many months, what a mess. I went to Kelly Appliance for a replacement. This purchase was made with the help of Hudson as Race was visibly busy helping another guest in the store. Hudson answered my questions and again made the purchase experience as wonderful as Race had done in the past. Thank you Kelly Appliance for investing in such a deep inventory and sales staff. It is not an inexpensive endeavor to run a small retail store these days and we certainly appreciate you being here in Aiken.
