Throughout the whole process, her patience and thoroughness really helped keep me calm. Despite the obstacles we faced (none of which were her fault), she handled everything like a pro. Cathi Neville will always be our go to gal. She is absolutely phenomenal. If you want a realtor whom will bust their assets for you call Cathi. We honestly can’t thank her enough for everything she did! Cathi handled the entire transaction for us as we are a military family and where where moving from Texas/Michigan to Georgia she was always willing to go and take photos for us and so FaceTime tours. She was able to get us in touch with inspectors and a great legal team to handle all of our paperwork. Even now if we have questions Cathi is one phone call away to help and get what we need. It has been a nightmare working with Keller Williams. Their agent Akeisha Tarver has no ethical boundaries and went so far as to harass my husband at work threatening legal actions on behalf of her client who is a relative of hers after our sales contract was terminated. I would absolutely not ever recommend working with her or anyone in her office if this is the kind of behavior that is condoned. My husband is a 13 year Army combat veteran and to be targeted by her through his chain of command in order to pressure us to still sell this property after a termination was given is beyond manipulative and these predatory practices targeting the military community are disgusting. I hope that anyone reading this stays far far away from both this agent and this brokerage, especially military families. This is definitely not the first time she has threatened a service member with this kind of behavior and it is extremely unprofessional.
