I've been donating at this location for years, on days they are busy,there is clear inconsistency among the staff some will answer the same question 3 different ways, even if you point out one staff member saying one thing to another staff member who said something completely different. They go "oh well" and it's always on days they are busy. It's almost like they are trying to run people out and make them feel crazy. Do better keds!

Only KEDPLASMA at Wrighsboro road Augusta Georgia regards the significance of the middle name in two identifications. During my two visits, two workers were understanding, but the manager disallowed my donation due to the absence of my middle name on my driver's license, even though it's on my social security card. It is perplexing where the requirement for the middle name on the driver's license for identification originated. All I feel is the manager feels heavy giving the bonus. Going to BioLife. I know that middle names generally does not really matter in proving two identities

Iesha is rude and definitely needs to fix her attitude working in an environment with customer service and the fact that I’m not the only person that has made a review mentioning her says a lot.

They've got a pretty good special going on right now for new donors during the month of July where you can get $150 for each of your first 5 donations during a 30-day period. This is currently better than any of the other Augusta-area plasma donation centers. While this promotion seems appealing at first (and there's surely nothing wrong with running specials and offering incentives), caveat emptor (buyer beware): After the special is over, KED Plasma has the absolute LOWEST payment-per-donation in Augusta for regular, recurring donors. This is why I gave them 3 stars.

Would have loved to donate but they didn't have staff to do new donor intake.
