Joy of St Croix - Tub Repair & More

The tub looks great! Mo was amazing! I’m sure you’ve heard all of this before, though. We’re usually DIYers, so having someone come in to fix something was a pretty big deal. Mo made the process painless. The online estimate and booking system asked all of the right questions, and yet was flexible enough to get the job done right. Thank you! I hope we don’t need your services again, but I now know a hole in a bathtub isn’t a big deal to have repaired (at least as long as you all are doing the work).

I sought out Joy of St Croix to help me out with repairing a newly installed bathtub. They came out very quickly, and Moe did an outstanding job of walking me thru what would happen next. Unfortunately they seem to be very busy at the moment, possibly because they're very good at what they do, so my estimate came in almost 8 days after I expected it. Also unfortunately it was quite a bit higher than I'd been led to expect. Negotiations ensued but ultimately I chose not to work with them. I felt compelled to review positively because of the professionalism and detailed explanations Moe gave and the effort he put in to meet and exceed my expectations. The owner is also extremely knowledgable and helpful, despite us not agreeing on a final price.

We were very impressed with the two gentlemen, Joe and Mo, who refinished an almost 100 year old bathtub in our home. Not only was the work done well, but they were very polite and NEAT! I am pretty sure they left the bathroom cleaner than they found it. Thank you Joy of St Croix! We will definitely be calling you for our other tubs!

We had Joe and Mo do our repair. We had a squishy shower floor and cracking starting to appear. Mo was awesome, he explained everything in great detail. He even gave us tips on how to support our other shower so that it won't fail as well. You can really tell how passionate they are about their art. They were worth every single penny. 100/10

Their website has prices!! OMG - prices upfront with pictures to figure out what your repair is! Who does that? We live in Washington State and own a rental in Georgia. Our tenant had a terrible time getting a company to just tell them an estimated cost on the phone or what their process was. The plumber (Busbee) recommended Joy of St Croix to our tenant and raved about their quality and customer service. The whole process was done online, from researching and ordering to paperwork for our accountant...and it was so refreshing. They coordinated the appointment with our tenants and let them know the names of the workmen who would be arriving, and kept us completely informed by email updates. Our tenant says that she can't even see the repairs and the guys took the time to walk her through how to clean the tubs. I've never been so pleased with a repair company. We'll be having them refinish the tubs in our other rental. Great work! Great company!
