Why does the dumpsters have to be emptied in your complex so damn early in the during the week!? Sometimes it’s 4:45 to 6 am!? I’m sure your tenants closest to the dumpsters closest love it

Love the apartments here! I believe they are reasonable rates for a nice apartment!

Been here 10 months , It's truly boring over here no amenities and nothing for my 3 kids to do. They don't host activities or events for the residents to mingle or get to know one another. No Christmas parties no Halloween parties no giveaways no nothing. Every other complex has something they do for residents besides up the rent. They even sneakily installed cameras to watch other neighbors to see who's going in and out which is creepy and weird. We should be allowed to freely have company whenever. It's like we are children being watched. The cameras are very obvious on the windows as you drive by certain townhomes, yet they don't see when people's cars are being broken into and vandalized. The grass is high in the back as u walk u see it so thick and all the hedges are covering the windows. Yet they worried about visitors and music. I have 2 months left and I'm moving in September.

Honestly fantastic. The apartments are modern, have in unit washer and dryers, and a dishwasher. The entire apartment was spotless when I moved in. I had one outlet receptacle issue when I moved in and it got fixed within a week. Coming from somewhere like Sierra Vista, AZ where 1980 model apartments are going at modern market rate, this place is a god send.

While I had such high hopes for this place, it isn't somewhere I'd recommend. While the original property manager we had was amazing, the current one is extremely abrasive. Many of the residents feel uncomfortable with her. Between the crime issues (car break-ins and triple stabbing across the road), dog poop on lawns from small dog owners not held accountable, constant passive aggressive emails instead of management just dealing with the people responsible, and very particular lease rules about deposits (forfeit most in mandatory re-key fee, carpet cleaning fee, professional cleaning fee), it's not worth it. The places are build poorly. The paint is so thin you can't even clean your walls without it coming off. Also, maintenance is extremely unresponsive. It shouldn't take numerous emails everytime we needed a maintenance issue handled. Also, the abrasive responses to critical reviews here? Not very professional.
