John was an absolute Godsend! We are moving from California to Aiken, SC. We are retired and it's our first time moving out of state. John found us the house the of our dreams with a huge yard for our pup. Given the market we went in at asking price and offer was accepted without a bidding war. We were in Aiken for only 5 days and with John's contacts and relationships he was able to get our house inspection scheduled before we left. He was then able to negotiate the price down a bit based on inspection findings (who doesn't love that! :-) ) Additionally, we wanted a couple things done at the house before we arrive and John has been instrumental in making those things happen.
