Joe Harrison - State Farm Insurance Agent

I heard about State Farm from a coworker. The Joe Harrison State Farm Insurance agency is the best insurance agency I’ve ever had to deal with. They have the best rates! Robin Moore was the agent that processed all my insurance needs. She was great! She was down to earth, and took the time to explain and go over every detail of the policies. I give her a personal 5 star rating. I will highly recommend her and Joe Harrison Agency.

I've been with State Farm since I could drive (30 years ago). The past few years they have been sliding downhill. No one in the local office knows what is going on. Discounts get mysteriously removed, account details get inexplicably altered. When these issues were discovered, I was blamed for the discrepancies. I have since found emails that confirm I have always provided the information that I was asked to provide. It is not my fault. Everything is dealt with by some mysterious central office which makes all the decisions and holds all the power. It takes months to undo their mistakes and in the meantime you are on the hook for extra $$$. The employees have an edge, perhaps from years of dealing with the consequences of a defunct system that they are struggling to navigate. The problem is that their actions and lack of knowledge have consequences. One of the employees misinformed me multiple times and I almost had my insurance cancelled as a result. In late September I began the work of trying to add a new teen driver to my policy. It is now December, and they've yet to make accurate adjustments to my account. I am being overbilled, and there seems to be no recourse for the hardship of overpaying until they get it sorted out. I'm beyond frustrated. I will never recommend State Farm to anyone, and I'm considering the laborious task of finding another insurance company.

Excellent Insurance company. Joe is a people person. His staff are always courteous and professional. I would recommend this agency to anyone that wants a great price and feel like family

Zero stars from me. The women who work here are complete catty and witches. Rude and unprofessional. I’ve been in several times and there are kids running around the business they also have dogs but the dogs are well behaved unlike the children. Robyn and the other young lady who uses too much self tanner need to be fired. Not satisfied at all.

We've been with this office since 1988. They have helped us many times. Once when I was in a horrible accident, they went ahead and paid as if the other driver was uninsured. I highly recommend Joe and his office.
