Would never recommend this place. 1 star is way too generous. They have dragged out completion for over 15 months. Repeatedly say they will fix problems then don’t show up. Submitted complaint to BBB as well. Money paid up front. Now having to pay another company to fix it because enough is enough. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t pay prior to service being completed.

What was ordered was not what was delivered. The sand was not filtered, the inspection of the property was not done however I was charged for it. When the installers showed up after waiting for months. They told me straight up that his backhoe was in the shop but he was told to come out to install it anyways. The installer told me right away they had the wrong merchandise and he will return it and do me a favor since what he had wasn’t what was I had ordered. I did appreciate the installers honesty and the equipment he had was sent back because it was not what I ordered. Many times I called about the problem regarding installing and merchandise ordered. Sheila denied everything and I was completely mislead. After paying in full over several of 8k. I requested a full refund as what I expected and was lead to believe I was getting was not true. She just told me what I wanted to here to sell me a pool. When informed her kindly I would be in the store to pick up the full 8k she said ok. However when I showed up to pick up the check she informed me she mailed it. Upon receiving the check it was for 5,650 I was shorted 2350.00 I called her and left voicemail messages no response. This is and was one of the worst experience ever.

I made an appointment with Jim's Pool and Spa last week for a pool inspection today at 11am for a home purchase. I called the office a minimum of 5 times and left several voicemail messages. At 11:30 AM I finally left as they were a no show and no one bothered to call and tell me no one was coming nor have they responded to any of my vm messages. I'm giving 1 star because I don't have a choice in order to be able to leave a review. I understand things can come up but at least have the decency to reach out to your scheduled appointments. Never again nor will I ever recommend them.

We have been going here since it first opened. Jim helped us out at Sunshine pools. So when he opened his own place we went to see him. Really miss Jim but we still go here for most of our pool needs. Very knowledgeable and they don't try to sell you things you don't need. Honest service and fair prices. Recommend to friends.
