I hate that Jimmy Johns quality has gone way down since they sold to the major restaurant business. I used to love their sandwich. I think other sandwich shops give more meat. I got a regular sandwich and it was just shy of 9 dollars. This location also was in the middle of changing the tea, bit several employees behind the counter and one that walked by it apparently didn't care that the tea was open and sugar our in the open as well. Thia used to be to go to, but JJ is in decline.

Wow! 😤Worst experience I’ve ever had at a jimmy John. 😡I walked in with my walker no one spoke to me. I waited until it was my turn to order and still no communication 🫢 I ordered the gargantuan for me and my husband and it was a little on the small side. Anyway, when my sandwich 🥪 was called I went up to get it , it wasn’t bagged. I know they don’t do that , I have had it done for me ,but you had just offered to bag the elderly gentleman sub and here I was bent over with a walker. It made me feel some kind of way , like was it because I was the only person of color in the store? I bagged my sandwich and got my napkins. I asked for mayo and the guy replied you can get it. 😣Keep in mind I’m short and the mayo was in the last spot in the container closest to him. I almost didn’t have any. He just ignored my struggle. 😱When I left no one said a word. When I called corporate I spoke with a caucasian male and he said everything was fine and that was how it was supposed to be and would not take my name or number!🤬🤬🤬🤬 I don’t have any animosity against anyone that’s how I was raised I’m just telling y’all how it went. About 30 minutes went by and I tried again and talked to a Caucasian lady. She was understanding, empathetic and considerate got my information and stated she would forward it.🤨 That might or might not happen. When it comes to complaints they are seldomly heard or resolved , I just know I will not eat there again. It was a terrible feeling to be ignored 🥺

This will be my last time visiting Jimmy John’s at the Washington location. Ever since they turned their staff over the location is aweful. Sandwhiches are thin and stingy with little meat and hardly any toppings for the cost of 10$ for just the sandwhich. Also when I visited today the person working taking the orders messed up on accident and the manager or shorter man had the worst attitude and completely treated him like he was the worst of the worst just nasty. Assuming he is the manager but he also questioned my sandwhich and asked me if I was sure that’s what’s I wanted? Umm yes I know what I ordered. Last time at this location.

Good Sandwich... Good Service

Freaky fast is an understatement. It was faster than freaky fast. Coming from an area where I would wait an hour for delivery to now ordering from this store and getting my order in under 15 minutes is Mind blowing! Sandwich was a 10/10 too. I WILL be ordering from this store again. Great work team
