Jessye Norman Amphitheatre

Enjoyed using a local area to help me train for an upcoming trip. Will do it several more times in the next few weeks. Offers a pleasant view out over the river, I just wish it was cleaned up a little more often (better yet people didn't throw their trash down) and there should be a drinking water fountain near the area that is used to walk and run so often. Augusta we need to do better.

👉🏼 We are a fulltime RV family and made a quick stop here to rest. Looks like when there are no activities going on people use this area to exercise and work out. Really nice river views and can be a great place to sit down and relax. ✅️ Check us out at @wndrsoulnomads

A great place to visit

After a short walk, I decided to exercise on the stairs since I had ice cream minutes before. The amphitheater was clean, and there were others exercising and enjoying the area as well. Be watchful because this time of the year, the bee's are out buzzing. Usually, they won't bother you if you don't bother them.

Really needs a public bathroom option close by, but other than that, It's beautiful!
