Absolutely amazing costumer service! To whoever was the manager tonight! She definitely deserves and a raise! She definitely deserves her applause and appreciation! I wanna say her name is Andrea!

Today I stopping to grab a hot sub because I enjoy the food quality. Sadly however, my order was incorrect and made in such a hurry that food and sauces were on the outside of the wrapped sandwich. (Photos provided) As someone who has worked in a sandwich establishment there is a balance of how much food and sauce to include so the sandwich doesn’t fall apart on the customer. If I had to eat my food on the go this would have been impossible. My hope is that someone from corporate/ management sees my comment and is able to provide some training to either: wipe off the excess from the outside of the wrapper, and possibly food portion training. Overall, my sandwich was delicious and I was able to enjoy it when I made it home.

HORRIBLE service. Walked in Friday, April 11th, around 3:30pm. Went right up to the counter and ordered. One girl wrote it down and walked off. Another girl slowly proceeded to make the call-in/mobile orders. While she was making those two more employees emerged from the back and just stood around doing nothing. 7-8 minutes after we had given our order the second girl had finished the mobile orders and then all four of them just congregated with their backs to us. Two at them LOOKING AT A PHONE. Nothing was ever said to us. No “we’ll be right with you” or any other acknowledgment. We stood on the other side of a glass partition in an empty restaurant and the employees acted like we weren’t there. I thought I was going crazy. We just left. Can’t honestly rate the food because we never got any.

They were busy. But it was dirty in there luckily we were just driving through to get to Atlanta. The staff was nice, and moving fast. Everyone worked as a team. The young man handling food and walking curbside food out and grabbing drinks he swapped his gloves out each time. But it was dirty in there.

I've come here twice before with no problems, but when I tried to call them to ask questions about an order they messed up, it went to voicemail 4 times before someone actually answered the phone only to put me on hold and hang up shortly after. Below is what you get alongside the mountain of lettuce if you order the BLT with "extra" bacon. I guess it's fine if you're trying to transition into becoming vegetarian, or even vegan considering they forgot the mayo
