Jersey Mike's Subs

First visit as an alternative to Firehouse and Subway. We ordered the regular Big Kahuna, Jersey Mike, and bag of Sun Chips. My wife thoroughly the Big Kahuna; it was excellently prepared. My Jersey Mike was pretty good; I didn’t have “the juice” on it. I must return to try it. The two member team was quite busy with dine in mostly but also had phone and drive through orders. The prep area was untidy with excessive crumbs and veggies scattered. I observed one team member not change his gloves and begin prepping a customer’s sandwich after taking a sandwich out, going to the back room and ringing up a customer. The dining areas was unkept— floors need sweeping, tables need cleaning, and overflowing trash need dumping. There was not paper towels in the ladies’ restroom which needed additional servicing. The staff was friendly and acknowledged our leaving. A lull in customers afforded one team member the chance to begin cleaning the dining area. Although there is much improvement, I wouldn’t allow this keep me from returning to another perhaps better staffed Jesey Mike’s.

Dirty! 1 manager and 3 employees. 2 people in the dinning area and no one in the drive thru. I wish I could post the pictures here

Great sub experience. It's hard to find such great service at a "fast food" restaurant. My sandwich was made fast, fresh and most importantly, correct. Khalil is the assistant gm and he couldn't have been more professional. Hats off to this Jersey Mike's, I wish they all could be like this one.

I didn’t think it was possible to mess up a Jersey Mike experience because I eat at them all over, but I guess I was wrong. Was not greeted upon walking in and then when I went to stand where you’re supposed to order the girl just looked at me. So then I told her I wanted to order and she said go ahead. The ordering pad was where I was standing but I guess she was working off memory. Then while I’m ordering someone came in for their refund so they were all confused and literally stopped cooking my steak sub to try to call people and figure things out. The guy touched the telephone and went back to preparing my food. The Italian subs meat was fresh but the bread was off. Another guy was cleaning the restaurant and it needed it. Visited the Jersey Mikes here in Augusta, GA on 10/20 to grab subs for my husband and I for dinner. The three gentlemen working were super funny and incredibly polite. It’s so refreshing having a positive interaction in the food industry. Both of our sandwiches were made perfectly and they were quite tasty. The guys were even cool enough to give me a cup of pickles on the side after I asked for extra pickles on both sandwiches! Kudos to this team - they made my day! We will be back again!
