The food and customer service was great, however the store was fairly gross. The door is covered in dark, dirty marks from people's hands, what looked like greasy finger prints, dirt, and just general grossness around the soda machine, lids, straws, etc. I'd probably come back and acknowledge most people probably don't even notice this stuff, but felt like I needed to soak my hands in bleach after leaving lol. Thanks for the delicious lunch regardless.

I order from this location often. This time the sandwich 🥪 I ordered wasn't very good. I will assume they had an off day? Or maybe they have new sandwich employees? But every other time the sandwiches are about perfect.

Great job to the 3 young men that served me tonight. Professional from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was there @ around 845 and while most restaurants would have a slight attitude with me for coming in so late wanting a grill sub these guys never once gave me a problem. Food was great store was clean and service was great.

Just a few things that's as to why I give it 3 stars...It's new smells fresh & clean, I can tell most if not all new hires still in training as while waiting on my turn to order I noticed a few things that needs improving for instance I have yet to see any with a name tag on. The GM/Shift Manager (dark blue shirt) firmly corrected the young lady working the grill about changing her gloves & cross contamination which I understand, he just could have communicated in a better way, the guy (red shirt) working a double cutting meat & cheese on the same slicer without wiping it off in between customers order (at least my order) the young lady that was making my sandwich (red hair) kept asking me did I want anything else on my sandwich after I had repeatedly told her 3x I wanted just lettuce and tomato. Once I got to the register my points had to be put in manually due to their system not accepting my barcode. Nonetheless, I give them another try in a few weeks as my sandwich was fresh & tasted good I know this location just open & the kinks and glitches has to be worked out.
