Excellent experience. Looked at several area companies for a smaller shed. Jemco, in my opinion, has 2 of the best quality manufacturers. We preferred the metal shed, so picked a Lark. Was able to order with colours very close to our home (roof, siding, trim). Salesman was very helpful, not pushy at all. Helped us get a shed exactly as we wanted. We had some family issues arise and was not able to take delivery when the shed was delivered from manufacturer. Jemco and Miller Express (delivery and set-up company) were very accommodating. We settled on a delivery date. Driver called and gave me an ETA. Arrived as promised, placed shed exactly where we had staked it out. Leveled it, checked it out...all good. Found this to be a very good experience. All folks we're very professional, shed is well built and designed as we wanted it, excellent value. Highly recommended.

When I decided I needed a new shed for the yard, I first checked Home Depot and Lowe's figuring they would be cheaper. After finding a shed I liked at Lowe's, I decided to check Jemco to see how prices compared. It turned out that I was able to get a shed 4 feet bigger, painted, and delivered cheaper than the shed from Lowe's. The shed also came with more loft storage and built in shelves. A much better deal for the money. The staff at Jemco were very knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery guy was also very friendly and had the shed in place and leveled quickly. Overall I am very happy with Jemco's service and product. Highly recommend.

Straightforward and pleasant transaction. Plenty of models on the show "yard" to review, with specs and prices posted on the buildings. Just pick what you like from the models, get a brochure, review the available options, and calculate the price for what you want. Construction (in Blackville, SC) is good and solid. Some nails from trim kits (corner trim, door & window framing, etc.) do protrude through the T1-11 siding, but are bent down, which should be fine for most end-users. Delivery by Miller Transport was fantastic. Will consider purchasing again from all concerned with this operation.

Terrible! Here’s my story. I was looking for a shed to replace another shed. After giving the date our shed would arrive, we emptied the old shed and had it removed. We stacked stuff on a trailer bc we had no where else to put it. It was tarped until the new shed arrived. We did not get the shed that week nor the following 4 weeks. After another couple weeks of trying to get info about why it was taking so long, I was told multiple times by Johnny at Jemco that I would get a return call once they found out what happened.. I never received a call from Johnny, only multiple promises of a return call. I went to the office to try to get my money back and was told I could not get all of it back because the shed had already been built and other fees associated with it. I then called Miller transport who was supposed to be bringing the shed only to be told that the build on the shed hadn’t been started yet. I was told they would find out why and call me back. Never got a return call from them either. It is now going on 8 weeks. Our stuff is still sitting on a trailer getting heat and moisture damage. Miller finally called us a couple days ago and said it was going to be delivered first thing this morning.. still have not received a call from Jemco. When the shed did not arrive first thing in the morning I called them and they apologized and said it would now be this afternoon. Jemco (Johnny) & Miller transportation although very friendly individuals are terrible at business! I’m not sure if they just dropped the ball on us or this is a normal way they do business. Either way, it’s not good! #stillwaiting

I called this place 6 times today. How do yall get them? I'm too far away to drive and still not get an answer.... On to the next...
