Jeff's Sewing & Vacuum

There are two sewing shops in Augusta, and Jeff's is by far the better. They have a good selection of sewing machines, vacuums, and sewing supplies. They even carry some great potato fabric. The employees are friendly, helpful, and not at all pushy. The sewing machine we bought came with a free lesson and free needles, bobbins, and feet. Another perk is 10% off all future purchases. Highly recommend.

Thought it would be good to support local shops! Sadly after making my $900 vacuum purchase i decided to look on line. Highest priced miele vacuum (new) same model was $550. With lower prices , depending where purchased. Ohhhhh, a lesson well learned,,,sadly..

I dropped off two vacuums, didn’t have a clue as to what was wrong with them. One was my first Kirby that I had for many years and the second one was just under two years old, but of course, out of warranty, Jeff had them both fixed and ready to pick up the next day. Unfortunately for me ,I live a little more than two hours away and it was a month before I was back over that way. I was fully expecting them to be sold by now but when I called to see if they were still there , they said yes. I was able to pick them up the next day. Thanks so much to this wonderful team of people.

Warm, friendly, and helpful! I love when an actual person answers the phone and is genuinely interested in helping you with your question. I wasn't sure if an older, inexpensive sewing machine was worth having repaired and found out they will offer a free estimate to see what might be required to have it running again! I'll definitely drop it off and feel confident the advice they will provide will be truthful and in my best interests. Thank you!
