JC's is a great discovery. π We had a LowCountry Boil with so much delicious shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn on the cob. I felt as if we were on a little vacation. You order the fresh ingredients and then sit in a water-cooled, enclosed patio. Kyle was great and helpful. Can't wait to go back. π€π¦ππ₯ππ If you love seafood & a bucket of cool ones π», live anywhere near Aiken, and have not gone to JC's Seafood on Whiskey, Well, you're missing out. #HπME

We had JC's cater low country boil at the venue next door, South on Whiskey. The food was delivered on time and everything was kept separate to avoid any problem with guest who had food allergies. We had so many comments about how delicious the food was and several people even took some home after the event. Both John and Chris were super easy to work with and adapted quickly to any changes we asked for.

I need to preface this by saying I have not tried the food yet, but it smells amazing. I went in just looking for something small. I ordered just an individual boil, but I got crawfish instead of shrimp. The gentleman at the counter was nice enough to make that work for me, so when I got the food I wasnβt expecting what I got. He ended up giving me all the crawfish they have, and enough sides for a family of 4 lol. The people working deserve a raise, they were so kind and then went above and beyond.

Edit- upgrading last couple times Iβve went the food quality and service has greatly improved. Dining in at the bait shack is no frills and cozy. Support local business if you can. My only complaint is that fish information is not available. I want to know where it was sourced, farmed or wild caught. Would be nice to see this information upfront. The main draw here is the low-country broil. Just make sure you get spicy... hot isn't really hot in my view. edit - Updated review dropped 2 star for customer service. This location is OK but oftentimes I feel like the staff could care less about customers coming in and just wants to rush them out. If I'm the only customer how about making small talk once in a while? This is a local place not some corporation. Forming relationships with customer should be at your forefront of your business model. That said food is still good so 3 stars for that.

As a Maryland native, I am serious about my seafood and had all but given up on seafood in the CSRA. Then, I found JC's Seafood. The crabs, low-country boil, shrimp, and fish are to die for. The best seafood I have had outside of Maryland.
