I wish I could give 0 stars. I had a tree fall on my house not long ago. The workers showed up right at dinner time 6pm. The had no tools and were in their personal vehicle. I didn’t have a clue who they were at first. The next day a trailer showed up. They put it in front of my house blocking my vision coming in and out of the driveway. The trailer didn’t look like it could even roll. Two more workers showed up. They seemed to be on drugs or something. Very unprofessional. When Jim finally got there I expressed my dissatisfaction in his work and workers. We finally had to ask them to leave. He then came back with a $4k estimate. Now this estimate was for cutting up one tree. One. He proceeded to ask for money. I cannot pay him because there is no correct bill and his “estimate” is far off. He is currently stalking and harassing us. It’s a shame what drugs do to people. Do not hire this so called “company” unless you want a bunch of druggies doing shotty work at your house.

Received the worst service anyone can pay for. It took a month for this guy to cut down two trees. I was told I had a two day job, one day would be a take down day and the other would be a clean-up day. Let's just say this turned into cat and mouse. You have to chase the owner to get the job completed after you have paid. This company left a latter attached to my house for a month and woods scattered everywhere, untagged suv parked in front of my house for weeks and a uncompleted job. Owner will approach you as if they are wrapping up the job to get you to pay in which he will clear your check to never return. When calling several times to ask when the job would be completed Jim will act like he doesn't know who he's talking to. Please take business elsewhere.

Mr. Brinson and his team were professional, timely and cleaned up everything afterwards. He was able to grind one of the stumps without damaging flowers that were given to me by my late mother-in-law. His prices were reasonable. To my surprise, the owner climbed the trees himself. He was very accommodating to work around my schedule, seeing I work nights. Would definitely use again.

I can't really comment on their tree removal ability. Jim came by unsolicited and quoted a price on two trees. Called him April 24 to have him come over. He said he'd come by soon, but after not hearing anything from him, I called back May 5. He apologized and said he'd come by in the next few days. After hearing nothing after that, I called back on May 11. This time I told him it was the last time I was calling if he didn't show up. He promised to come by THAT DAY or the day after and apologized profusely. It's now May 18. I've heard nothing from him and had another company come out to take them down today - since one was in serious danger of falling in the coming day's storms.
