James O'Neal: Allstate Insurance

Usually I NEVER leave bad reviews, but today I am. I called to get a quote for insurance for our cars, I gave my information, the lady came back with the quote, which was a little more than what were actually paying now, however, I'm not satisfied with our current insurance company, so I wouldn't had an issue to swap... Never was I asked if i was interested in changing companies, she asked was the quote more than what you're paying now, I said yes ma'am, she then said oh well, have a great day, I then was utterly shocked, I said, well I guess I'm not changing insurance companies today, she then said NOPE and HUNG UP ON ME!!! very unprofessional and uncalled for.

Peach Orchard Allstate staff have been supportive and helpful with both car and home insurance policies. Mr. O'Neal has always taken time to explain changes, options, and pros and cons. He and staff always available to reach out to.

My interaction with the last Allstate employee, Christopher, was very satisfactory.

They are really giving me the run around trying to cancel my policy. I called asked them how much i owed if I canceled that day. They told me 17 bucks and some change. So I told them to cancel. We'll they send me a cancel notice that's dated for 12 days from the time I asked them to cancel. Stating that they had to let my lender know. I informed them that they were aware so they asked me to send my new policy info over and they would fix it. I sent it at 1202 pm and they close at 6 pm. I called and confirmed they got it. They told me they would take care of it and send me the new paper work stating the correct cancel date. That was yesterday. Fast forward to today and I get and email stating I own 176.91. They have lost there minds. And of course there closed Saturday and Sunday. I will be handling this Monday and if it gets resolved I will change my review.

I have been insured by this agency for many years, and I will say, I am very happy and satisfied. The agent's when ever I call them, (for example) for proof of insurance for my employer, they are very polite and is willing to compensate my every need. Thank you Allstate for always coming to my rescue. Thanks to all the agent's who are respectful and professional to make me feel like family.
